What is LET-IN?
LET-IN© is a non-profit, research- and project-oriented learning organization. It is founded on the principle that knowledge grows through systematic sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning. As a learning organization, LET-IN© values a dynamic and reflective environment in which members support one another’s professional development and contribute to the emergence of new ideas and ways of thinking.
Sharing and expanding knowledge within the organization is central to LET-IN©. Members learn from each other by actively exchanging experience, expertise, and research-based insights. This collective learning culture strengthens both individual capacities and organizational synergy, ensuring that learning remains an ongoing and participatory process rather than a fixed outcome.
LET-IN© also functions as an international platform where global studies, research collaborations, and project partnerships are developed and put into practice through the participation of researchers from diverse contexts. Within LET-IN©, two complementary forms of sharing are emphasized.
